NEKTARYN

Nectarine is known as a hairless apricot type. Actually created as a result of a natural mutation undergone by the peach, the latin name of this fruit is Prunus persica nucipersica. White flesh and orange flesh colors are the two varieties. Its skin has a pleasant fragrance. It is recommended that the skin not be peeled when making preserves, marmalade and nectar. Nectarine is a summer fruit.
